Pro-How AI is a service of Better The World, LLC. The following Privacy Policy applies to your use of this website and any services you purchase. 1. Introduction

Better The World, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

This Policy applies to all websites and services operated by Better The World, LLC, including:

This Policy does not apply to information processed strictly on behalf of our clients under a separate service agreement, in which case our clients are the data controller and we act as a service provider or data processor.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Contact and inquiry information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, and message content when you submit a contact form, request a quote, or book a consultation
Account and billing information: Name, billing address, and payment method details when you purchase a service or subscription (note: we do not store full credit card numbers — payments are processed by third-party payment processors)
Course and membership information: Name, email, and learning progress when you enroll in a course or join a membership program (such as the Pro-How AI Club or AI Hero Mini Challenge)
Form submission data (Meteor Forms℠): If you are the end user of a form built using Meteor Forms℠, data you enter is submitted to the business that deployed the form. That business is the data controller for that submission
Listing and profile data (Effypop℠): Business name, description, contact information, photos, social media links, and other profile details submitted by businesses or creatives who list on Effypop℠. Standard listing data and Micro-Site Profile content may be displayed publicly on effypop.com and associated guide domains. See Section 11 for full Effypop℠ data handling details
Effypop Collective℠ membership data: Name, email address, professional information, and membership status collected when joining the Effypop Collective℠ community. Members who opt into the "People to Hire" directory consent to having their professional profile displayed publicly on effypop.com
Newsletter and email subscription information: Email address and any preferences you provide when subscribing

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our websites, we may automatically collect:

Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, browser type, device type, and general geographic region (country/region)

Our customer relationship management (CRM) platform: We use HubSpot to manage our own client and prospect relationships. Data entered into our CRM is used solely for communication and service delivery purposes. We are evaluating a self-hosted CRM and may adopt a different platform in the future; if we do, this Policy will be updated accordingly
Review platforms: If you submit a review on Google, Yelp, Clutch, or Facebook, we may reference that review publicly in connection with our marketing
Analytics providers: Aggregated analytics data from Google Analytics and similar tools

2.4 Client CRM Integrations (Pro-How AI℠ Services)

As part of our CRM Setup and AI Integration service, Pro-How AI℠ may connect AI-powered workflows to a CRM platform that a client already operates, such as HubSpot, Zoho, or GoHighLevel. In that context, the client is the data controller for the data held in their own CRM, and Better The World, LLC acts as a service provider configuring the integration on the client's behalf. This is separate from the CRM we use to manage our own relationships, described in Section 2.3.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information we collect for the following purposes:

Service delivery: To provide, manage, and support the services you have purchased or requested
Communication: To respond to your inquiries, send service updates, and provide customer support
Marketing and newsletters: To send promotional information about our services, only to users who have opted in or who are existing clients (with opt-out available at any time)
Billing and account management: To process payments, manage subscriptions, and maintain account records
Website improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve our websites and services
Security and fraud prevention: To detect and prevent unauthorized access, abuse, or fraudulent activity
Legal compliance: To comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our agreements
AI system improvement (Pro-How AI℠): When you interact with an AI phone agent or booking agent deployed or managed by Pro-How AI℠, conversations may be logged for quality review, accuracy improvement, and operational purposes. You will be notified when interacting with such a system

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for targeted third-party advertising.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 Service Providers and Vendors

We work with trusted third-party vendors to operate our business, including:

Because all brands operate under Better The World, LLC, information may be shared internally across brands (for example, if you are a client of both Pro-How AI℠ and RdyToGo℠). We do not use cross-brand data to profile you without your knowledge.

We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Better The World, LLC, our clients, or the public.

Effypop℠ listing and profile data: Retained for the duration of the listing or membership, plus a reasonable period afterward. Publicly displayed content (Standard Listings, Micro-Site Profiles, People to Hire entries) is removed from public view upon cancellation or owner request

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure third-party platforms.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to notifying affected individuals promptly in the event of a confirmed data breach that is likely to cause harm.

8. Children's Privacy

Our websites and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

9.1 United States — General

11. Effypop℠ — Listing, Profile, and Community Data Notice

Effypop℠ operates as a curated arts, culture, and creative business guide. Because Effypop℠ is designed to make local businesses and creatives discoverable, some data you submit is displayed publicly by design. This section explains exactly what is public and what is private.

11.1 Standard Listings

Standard listings are editorially selected and published by Effypop℠. If your business or work is included in a Standard Listing, the published content (name, description, category, location, website link, and photos) is publicly visible on effypop.com and associated guide domains. If you wish to have a Standard Listing removed, contact us using the information in Section 13.

11.2 Featured Listings and Micro-Site Profiles

When you purchase a Featured Listing or Micro-Site Profile, you submit content (business name, story, photos, social links, booking links, services, and contact form) for publication on Effypop℠. This content is publicly visible on effypop.com for the duration of your subscription. Content is removed from public view when your subscription ends or upon your written request. The $149 Micro-Site setup fee covers the initial page build; cancellation of the subscription removes the public page but does not entitle you to a refund of the setup fee once the page has been built.

11.3 Effypop Collective℠ Membership

When you join the Effypop Collective℠, we collect your name, email address, and professional information for the purpose of community membership management, job lead notifications, and — if you opt in — inclusion in the public "People to Hire" directory.

People to Hire directory: Inclusion is opt-in. If you choose to be listed, your professional name, a description of your work, and any contact or booking link you provide will be publicly visible on effypop.com/myrtle-beach/people-to-hire/ and equivalent pages in future regions. You may request removal from the public directory at any time; removal will be completed within 5 business days.
Membership contact data (email address, billing information) is private and not displayed publicly.
Collective membership data is retained for the duration of the membership and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and record-keeping purposes.

11.4 Event Promotions

When you purchase an Event Promotion listing, the event details you provide (event name, description, date, venue, and any promotional links) are publicly displayed in the relevant Effypop guide for up to 30 days prior to the event. Event listings are removed after the event date or upon your request.

11.5 Listing Submission Forms

Effypop℠ accepts public submissions for listing consideration. Submitting a request does not guarantee publication. Contact information submitted is used solely to follow up on the submission and is not used for unrelated marketing without your consent.

12. Meteor Forms℠ — Data Processor Notice

When you submit data through a form built and hosted by Meteor Forms℠ on behalf of a client business, that client business is the data controller responsible for how your data is collected and used. Meteor Forms℠ and Better The World, LLC act as a data processor or service provider in that context.

If you have questions about how a specific business uses your form submission data, please contact that business directly. For questions about Meteor Forms℠ infrastructure and data handling, contact us using the information in Section 13.
