Pro-How's AI Principles & Policy
Human-First AI
While others promote Automation-First approaches to save money by cutting humans out of the picture, we promote Human-First AI which sees humans as uniquely capable, creative, and adaptive, aiming to enhance their abilities.
Human-Centric AI
Human-Centric AI is a design principle that focuses on users’ needs, ethics, and adaptability to create responsible and effective AI systems.
Ethical AI
Key ethical concerns we try to mitigate with AI include bias and fairness, privacy violations, lack of transparency, potential for job displacement, and the grave risks of social manipulation and misinformation.
AI Manifesto
AI Should Strengthen Humanity — Not Replace It
At Better The World LLC, including our brands Pro-How, Effypop, and RdyToGo, we believe AI is one of the most powerful tools ever created.
But power without principle is dangerous.
That’s why we operate under three non-negotiable AI principles:
⸻
1. Human-First AI
We do not believe in automation for the sake of cutting humans out of the picture.
Humans are:
•Creative
•Context-aware
•Ethical decision-makers
•Adaptable in ways machines are not
AI is a tool that enhances human capability.
It does not replace accountability.
It does not replace creativity.
It does not replace responsibility.
Every system we build and every deliverable we create remain under human oversight.
⸻
2. Human-Centric AI
Technology must serve people — not the other way around.
We design AI systems that:
•Are understandable
•Respect user needs
•Adapt to real-world human contexts
•Improve clarity instead of creating confusion
Efficiency matters.
But dignity, usability, and ethical responsibility matter more.
⸻
3. Ethical AI
AI introduces real risks:
•Bias
•Privacy violations
•Manipulation
•Misinformation
•Workforce disruption
We take these risks seriously.
We:
•Minimize data collection
•Avoid sensitive regulated data
•Maintain transparency
•Refuse deceptive automation
•Keep humans in control
We will not design systems intended to mislead, manipulate, or exploit.
⸻
What This Means for Our Clients
If You Work With RdyToGo
AI may assist in brainstorming, drafting, or exploration.
But:
•Your final branding, website, or marketing assets are human-reviewed.
•You are not purchasing raw AI output.
•You are purchasing strategy, refinement, and judgment.
⸻
If You Work With Pro-How
We design automation to:
•Strengthen your business
•Support your team
•Improve operations responsibly
We do not design systems that eliminate human judgment where it is necessary.
Automation should empower — not erase.
⸻
If You Work With Effypop
Effypop supports:
•Local artists
•Creative entrepreneurs
•Cultural districts
•Independent businesses
It blends elements of:
•A curated business directory
•A freelance marketplace
•A marketing co-op
AI may assist in:
•Organizing listings
•Highlighting creative work
•Improving discoverability
•Analyzing engagement patterns
But curation remains human-led.
Local culture deserves more than algorithms alone.
We believe arts, culture, and community require discernment, context, and care.
AI helps us amplify creativity.
It does not replace the human spirit behind it.
⸻
Our Commitment
AI will change the world.
Our mission is to help it change the world responsibly.
