Meetup Agenda

Every meetup follows this same agenda, unless otherwise posted.

  1. Meet and Greet / Networking (15 minutes)
  2. Introduction (10 minutes)
    • Review agenda.
    • Introductions: While the group is smaller have all members introduce themselves. For larger groups have new attendees introduce themselves.
  3. Presentation or Talk (20 minutes)
    • Include a Question and Answer session in last 5 minutes.
  4. Workshop or Speaker Panel (25 minutes)
  5. Closing remarks (10 minutes)
    • Mention exemplary attendees
    • Thank all speakers and volunteers (by name)
    • Review next meetup agenda and date.
